At Shoshanna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and security seals are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
